The Company was established with the objective to operate a retail business in home improvement segment by offering products and complete range of services relating to construction, extension, refurbishment, renovation, Makeover and improvement of buildings, houses, and residential places through One Stop Shopping Home Center, under the trade name of “HomePro” which is the Company’s trademark.

Business Performance Summary
  • Net Profit: The Company’s net profit for the nine-month period of 2022 was Baht 4,564.35 million, representing an increase of Baht 898.87 million or up 24.52% year-over-year.
  • Revenues: Total revenues were Baht 50,921.57 million, an increase of Baht 4,357.88 million or up 9.36% as followed

1) Revenue from contracts with customers which comprised of product sales revenue and service income of Home Service was Baht 47,976.11 million, representing an increase of Baht 3,599.22 million or up 8.11% year-over-year.

2) Rental and service income amounted to Baht 1,256.27 million, an increase of Baht 412.24 million or up 48.84% year-over-year.

3) Other income was Baht 1,689.19 million, an increase of Baht 346.42 million or up 25.80% year-over-year.

Key Milestones

Since July 1st 2022, Mega Home business has been merged with Homepro to operate under the same entity of Home Product Center PCL, formerly the two company has completely separated management. The objective is to increase management efficiency in many aspects i.e. people management, inventory management, efficient cost control as well as facilitating customers in terms of enabling products and services cross purchasing from both Homepro and Mega Home stores with more variety and speed in order to boost business opportunities.

of products and services. The Company also explores new

business opportunities to enhance long-term competitiveness

  1. Continuous development and improvement project for seamless online and offline shopping experience (Omni Channel): Improve various processes for online purchase and offline in-store purchase to be more effective
  2. Private Brand development program: The Company established a specific team to focus on the development, design and ordering of various products in order to offer products that match the needs of customers, which adhering to the potential effects prevention on environmental and social
  3. Continuous expanding new stores as well as new product category i.e. Pet-related products and services, Solar cell corresponding to customers' needs from their behavioral change, and to build the competitive advantage.
Sustainable Development Plan
  • Quality Products and Services: Promote Responsible Consumption through ECO Products development and elevate it as ECO CHOICE to be an alternative for the consumers.
  • Associates Care:  Prioritize the developments of our associates to have knowledge and career advancement with the emphasis on Human Rights, health and safety, and extensive living wage.
  • Efficiency Enhancement: Set up a long-term goal to switch to Renewable Energy 100% for the stores in which the buildings are owned by the Company, by the year 2030. In addition, the Company has installed BCMS inside the Company’s building in order to reduce electricity consumption.
Risk Management Policy
  •  Economic Volatility: The Company is cautious on store expansion and also urges to improve internal work process and activities to minimize loss on operations under (Lean Management). Moreover, the Company tracks the performance of stores and develops a marketing plan for sales promotion activities with business partners.
  •  Competition: The Company managed risks through diversification by focusing on product differentiation and complete range of services.
  • Procurement: The Company had the policy regarding sourcing and purchasing products from many selected manufacturers and agents to reduce the risk that might occur when relying on only single supplier and balance volume and price bargaining power in the long term.
  • COVID-19 Outbreak Risk: The Company strongly believes that the key to business success is adaptability and agility. The Company has prepared guidelines to remain resilient on the emerging customer behavior
Recent Awards and Recognitions
  • HomePro has been listed as a member of Dow Jones Sustainability Index (DJSI) for retailing industry in emerging market for the fifth consecutive year in 2021.
  • Received SET Sustainability Awards 2021 which given to the Company that is outstanding in sustainable business operations by the Stock Exchange of Thailand for the Highly Commended Sustainability Awards category in 2021.
  • Listed in Thailand Sustainability Investment (THSI) by Stock Exchange of Thailand for the seventh consecutive year in 2021.
