Book Distribution Business plans to build a Mega Book Store together with trade partners and affiliated companies, including additional investment in Dekdee Interactive Company Limited (DDI) by another 25.9%, for a total of 51%.

Media and Event Business (AME) will continues plans for expansion in organizing music shows or concerts.

Business Highlight

Restructuring of the AME by combined the Living and the Lifestyle. To create modern content through various media and can be developed into many types of events immediately. In 2023 new events were created under brand of “Sudsapda Entertainment” and “Home and Garden Concert Series”. AMTV invested in a studio and equipment worth 229.79 MB to create new scenes for various programs, which interesting to viewers of the program. And the Company bought land (8 rai) of 147.16 MB.

Performance and Analysis
Business Performance Summary

Revenue In 2023, the group had a total revenue of 4,288.83 MB, a slight decrease in growth of 14.38 MB or 0.34 % YOY because the income was distributed appropriately with the group's business strategy in the form of Omni Media Omni Channel. 1) Revenue from the book printing and distribution business grew by 12.0% YOY from the distribution of books in digital format, both E-Books and episodic novels had a growth rate. 2) Revenue from media and events business increased 5.9 % YOY from “Amarin Expo 2023” which was held in the first year and other events. 3) Revenue from the digital TV business decreased by 20.5 % YOY as a result of decreased from advertising revenue and income from foreign platforms. Net Profit In 2023, the Group had a net profit of 290.49 MB, a decrease of 183.88 MB or 38.8% YOY, mainly due to a decrease in advertising media business income from both online media and digital TV media has the majority of its income coming from foreign platforms. In addition, the Group has increased corporate income tax expense.

Key Milestones
  1. Production of printing and distributions of books : 1.1) Printing and packaging business supports premium product under ISO 9001: 2015, FSC, GHP and HACCP quality. 1.2) Publishing business continue to develop content to meet needs and create a good reading experience for customers both content in the books, E-books (≥ 800 covers per year) and chapter books under 17 publishers. 1.3) Distribution business has operated 109 Naiin shops to distribute various printing formats and adopted strategies for consumer behavior changing by add online channels in www.naiin.com, www.mareads.com, Naiin App.
  2. AME has been improved structure team to create more flexibility, efficiency and expand the business. For organizing trading shows had Amarin Expo and expanded events in music shows or concerts. Therefore, the event business was highest growing in this year.
  3. The digital TV business also focuses on developing program content under the concept of "Real Life Entertainment", bringing virtual reality system technology to develop news programs and adding The Real next Gen program that creates something new and different from other competitors.

Business Operations Risks: . The group has appropriate income distribution with Omni Media Omni Channel strategy, including On Print / On Line / On shop / On Air / On Ground to focus on providing comprehensive media services to customers with maximum efficiency. Technology Risks: The Company continuously invests in technology development and machinery improvements. In 2023, Amarin TV invested of 37.56 MB in virtual system to support modernity.
