Business Overview
The Company operates its businesses under concept of modern trade from construction material to home improvement supplies. It is a one-stop shopping home center, which offers construction material, home decorative products, tools and equipment used in construction, home improvement, and household and gardening decoration in modern trade warehouse style. Additionally, the Company implemented a drive-through system to increase ease of access and convenience for customer.

1.Growth with a focus on continuous store expansion to cover all regions of Thailand to accommodate expansion and increasing demand for housing, including upgrading existing stores to modernize their styles, align with customer groups, provide more convenience, and enhance more the shopping experience for customers.    

2.Being a Cost leadership by focusing on purchasing products directly from manufacturers to distribute them to customers at fair and competitive prices.

3.Utilizing digital technology to drive business operations, increasing efficiency and reducing the processes or work procedures.

Performance and Analysis
Business Performance Summary

1. Net Profit: The Company’s net profit for the year 2023 was Baht 2,678.14 million that decrease of Baht 827.76 million or 23.61% compared with the year 2022 and compare with the sales amount is equal 8.29% of sales amount.

2. Total Revenues: Total revenues for the year 2023 were Baht 33,013.75 million that decrease from the year 2022 of Baht 2,964.65 million or 8.24% which comprise of the following;

  • Sales revenue was Baht 32,300.55 million, decrease of Baht 2,969.78 million or 8.42%. As a result of the decline in sales of existing stores, despite the opening of 6 new stores in 2023.
  • Other revenues were Baht 713.20 million, increase of Baht 5.14 million or 0.73%. With the main factors being the increase in revenue from partner support, warehouse management income, and other services income.
Key Milestones

In the year 2023, the company has expanded more 6 stores; namely Phichit, Ranong, Phonthong (Roi-Et), Loeng Nok Tha (Yasothorn), Kranuan (Khonkaen), and Chumphon. As a result, at the end of 2023, there are a total of 83 stores operating in the country and another 1 store of subsidiary in Cambodia.

Risks from the economic environment: The company emphasizes and closely monitors the economic situation and trends, while preparing contingency plans to effectively manage and respond to any impacts as they arise promptly and appropriately. This includes maintaining financial liquidity, utilizing financial tools, managing inventory, establishing new business partnerships to reduce reliance on any single source, and expanding the customer base both domestically and internationally

  • The company has been selected by the Stock Exchange of Thailand to receive the award for outstanding registered companies in sustainable business operations “SET Awards 2023”, in the Sustainability Excellence category for the second consecutive year.
  •  The company has been selected to be included in the sustainable stock list for 2023 “SET ESG ratings”, by the Stock Exchange of Thailand for the third consecutive year.
