Business Performance Summary

For the period ended 31 March 2024, the Group recorded sales and service revenue of THB 1,758 million which main source of revenue came from sales of real estate and profit attributed to parent of THB 256 million.

Key Milestones

In 2024, the company aims target to launch 12 new projects worth 25,920 million baht, with pre-sales targets of 17,800 million baht and revenue targets of 8,700 million baht, setting a new record growth in this year and had sales performance in the 1st quarter of 6,269 MB or equivalent to 35% compared to the target.

Risk Management Policy

Company is a real estate developer for sale. In the past, the company mainly focused on developing projects in Bangkok and vicinity. To manage risks and increase potential growth. Therefore expanded into new locations such as the EEC zone, Chonburi and Phuket. This is a diverse market with high growth in the future.
