Examples are reduction of waste releases and alternative energy sources to lessen and prevent environmental issues and promote sustainability in all aspects.

It focuses on ethics and transparency to respond to the expectations and needs of all stakeholders to drive the business in line with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
The business operations of MBK Group are as follow:
1. Shopping Center Business : MBK Center, Paradise Park, Paradise Place , The Nine Rama 9 and The Nine Center Tiwanon.
2. Hotel and Tourism Business : Pathumwan Princess Hotel, Dusit Thani Krabi Beach Resort, Layana Resort and Spa, Tinidee Hotel Bangkok Golf Club, Tinidee Trendy Bangkok Khaosan, Tinidee Golf Resort Phuket, Tinidee Hideaway Tonsai Beach Krabi and fitness center by The Olympic Club.
3. Golf Business : Riverdale Golf Club, Bangkok Golf Club, The Red Mountain Golf Course, The Loch Palm Golf Course and Lam Luk Ka Golf and Country Club.
4. Real Estate Business : The Riverdale Residence, Park Riverdale, Quaritz, Quinn Sukhumvit 101 and residential projects in Phuket.
5. Food Solution : Mah Boonkrong Rice and food court.
6. Finance Businesses : Motorcycle loan and property loan.
7. Action Business : Car and motorcycle auction business.
MBK Group had better operating results for the three-month period ending 31 March 2024, Revenue for the three-month period Ended March 31, 2024, and 2023 were at 2,887 million baht and 2,376 million baht, respectively. Revenue increased by 511 million baht or 22% from the same period of the previous year. Net profit attributable to shareholders of the company for the three-month period ended March 31. 2024 and 2023 were at 667 million baht and 172 million baht, respectively. Net profit increased by 495 million baht or 288% from the same period of the previous year mainly due to the COVID-19 epidemic situation that has resolved in a better direction since 2023 onwards. and the tourism business sector has recovered sequentially.
In 2024, renovation made to the Paradise Park Shopping Center, a continuation of improvements from the previous year under the concept of a health center, Health & Wellness, providing comprehensive treatment, treatment, promotion and prevention. In addition, MBK Group established a new company in March 2024, namely Apple Auto Services Company Limited, to operate the car inspection and car conditioning services business, and PRG Properties Company Limited organized the 2nd Riverdale Marina Inspired Boat Fair along the Chao Phraya River in the Marina Plaza zone in March 2024, which is part of the Riverdale District project.
