Key Milestones

ํํYear 12, 2023, On July 12, 2023, 39 Estate Co., Ltd.,("39E") the subsidiaries of Asset Wise Public Company Limited (ASW), purchased shares from the shareholders of the company. As a result, 39E holds 67.71 % of shares and under the supervision of ASW will allow the company to develop and growth.

November 2023, The Title Legendary Bang-Tao project will be launched for sale, located in Bang Tao Beach, Phuket Province. The project is a Leisure Condominium worth approximately 4,500 MB. The company focuses on designing it to be close to nature and fully equipped with premium facilities.

In the quarter 1-2'2024, launched The Title Heritage Bang-Tao, a Leisure Condominium project on Bang Tao Beach in Neo-Classic style, project value approximately 6,000 MB., The Serenity Naiyang, a Leisure Condominium project near Nai Yang Beach, designed in Modern Oceanic Architecture style, project value approximately 4,000 MB.

In the quarter 3'2024, The Title Cielo Rawai project will be launched, a Leisure Condominium project in Rawai Beach, a peaceful beach close to nature. The project is worth approximately 1,200 million baht.

Risk Management Policy

Due to the company's business plan focusing on the development of condominium-type real estate with the target group being foreigners, the company has set a policy for customers to pay the contract and down payment to the company 75% before transferring ownership to avoid the impact of the customer's failure. can transfer according to the contract
