In Q1 2025, the Group has plans as follow as
• AME Imaginative Co., Ltd. will call for payment of shares 75% of the authorized share capital amounting to 37.59 MB.
• Exhibition business organizes the Baan Lae Suan Select 2025 Fair, the Amarin Baby & Kids Fair, and the Play Yard concert by "THE WANKINSON".
• Book distribution business organizes book buffet with the Sanam-Arn-Len Event.
• The Company developed land (8 rai) by filling in and adjusting the ground to be suitable for using and being a green area.
• The Group had “Amarin Makes Merit for Happiness” project for the third year by donating plastic water bottle to manufacture into monk robes for Wat Chak Daeng, Phra Pradaeng, Samutprakan.
• The Group had given quality books from the Amarin Publisher to Ban Ang Hin School, the Mirror Foundation and 80 public libraries in 8 provinces because we saw the importance of reading and instilling reading habits in children, youth and the public, along with supporting the promotion of a strong reading culture in the community.
• The Company organized a charity concert "The Power of Thai Kindness returning smiles to schools damaged by floods” at the SUSTAINABILITY EXPO 2024 (SX2024) event by ThaiBev Group. All proceeds, excluding expenses, will be used to help restore schools damaged by flooding in the North.
• The Company received an evaluation for organizing the AGM 2024 with 100 points for the 7th consecutive year from the Thai Investors Association.
• The Company received a corporate governance assessment of Thai listed companies for the year 2024 (CGR) at the level of 5 stars for the 3rd consecutive year.
The Group has sufficient liquidity, a strong financial position, no interest-bearing debt and its main operating results come from:
Production & Distribution Business: invests the production line approximately 41 MB, including glue planers, single-color 2-sided printing machines, three-sided cutting machines and produces content more than 900 covers. Media and Events Business: organizes the "Baan Lae Suan Fair" which is held 4 times a year, “Amarin Baby & Kids Fair” held 3 times a year and also concerts organized under brand "Sudsapda Entertainment". Digital TV Business: has constantly updated and improved its content. Its coverage of news and important events has been presented.
Revenues In 2024, the Group has earned with total revenues of 4,167.43 MB, decreasing by 121.40 MB or 2.8% from 2023, which was effected by a decrease in revenue from the TV Digital business 16.9% and organization exhibitions, production and advertising through printing and online media 4.0%, according to the situation of the advertising on television and online media industry has slowed down Meanwhile, revenue from the printing and book distribution business increased by 2.1%.
Net Profit In 2024, the Group has a net profit attributable to owners of parent 76.33 MB, decreasing by 214.16 MB or 73.7% from 2023. The Group was affected by the decrease in revenue from TV advertising media and online media businesses.
• In April, the Company was hold by the Adelfos Group to 90.59% of issued and paid-up shares.
• In June, the Company established of AME Imaginative Co., Ltd. with the registered capital of 50.00 MB called for payment 25% of the share capital amounting to 12.50 MB. To operate an advertising business, organize activities, concerts, organizing exhibitions.
• In July, the Group increased totaling 30.00 MB in Dek-D Interactive Co., Ltd. ("Dek-D") by 25.9%, reaching a total of 51% of the issued and paid-up capital.
Changes in Technologies: As e-books are available on internet and readable from various portable devices, they have shrunk books publishing industry. They have also affected retailing, and the rise of online competition. Including the emergence of Digital Disruption that directly affects the digital television business, the Group has adjusted its strategy to online channels on every platform, which not only mitigates risks but also unlocks business opportunities. Risks in Consumer Behavior Change: The Group conducts management that can reach customer groups through social media and online channels along with traditional stores, including the creation of diverse content that meets customer needs, and the integration of technology to the new-generation consumers.
