The Company's revenue from services in the 4/2024 quarter was 317.55 MB decreased by 11.80 MB or 3.6% compared to the same period of the previous year. The revenue from auctions was 270.90 MB decreased by 9.85 MB or 3.5% compared to the same period of the previous year and decreased by 7.46 MB or 2.7% compared to the previous quarter. Revenue from transportation and additional services for the 4/2024 quarter was 46.65 MB decreased by 1.95 MB or 4.0% compared to the same period of the previous year and decreased by 0.16 MB or 0.3% compared to the previous quarter. Due to the volume of vehicles received and the volume of ended auction vehicles slowed down at the end of the 4/2024 quarter.
For 2024, the Company's revenue from services was 1,290.25 MB increased by 57.96 MB or 4.7% compared to the previous year. The revenue from auctions was 1,094.93 MB increased by 59.70 MB or 5.8% compared to the previous year. Revenue from transportation and additional services was 195.32 MB decreased by 1.74 MB or 0.9% compared to the previous year due to the increase in the volume of vehicles received and the volume of ended auction vehicles in overview throughout the year.

- The risk of natural disasters and accidents: the Company has insurance covering natural disasters and accidents. The employees are trained to prepare for the event of natural disasters and accidents.
- Risks from utilities system which may impact to the auction process: the Company has arranged the business continuity plan to minimize risks and impacts from interruption of online auction system. Including regular practice BCP plans to reduce the risk of being affected by critical utility problems such as power outages, power surges, or internet failures.
- Risk from Properties Being Lost, Damaged and Stolen while under the Company’s Possession: the Company implementing strict access controls, hiring out-sourced 24-hour security guards, and also purchased insurance which covered the Company’s properties.
