The Company aims to 2025 business targets , which are
1. 2025 presales target at Bt26,000 million
2. 2025 portfolio revenue target at Bt25,000 million
3. 15 new projects with total value of Bt 28,000 million
In 2024, the Company generated presales at Bt 25,000 million and portfolio revenues at Bt 22,600 million, derived from various businesses which are property development for sales and property development for rental and rendering services. Moreover, the Company has maintained solid financial position and credit rating from Tris Rating at BBB+. The Company launched 17 new projects with value of Bt 29,500 million and there has been 81 projects available for sales with value of Bt 66,500 million, divided into landed projects at 90% and high rise projects at 10%. More than 70% of landed projects which are products with pricing more than Bt 10 million.
In 2024 The Company showed performance highlights from
consolidated statements of income as follow;
• Operating Revenues at Bt 20,302 million
• Gross Profit at Bt 5,847 million
• Net Profit to the owner at Bt 1,706 million.
