Business Highlight

In 2024, the Company generated presales at Bt 25,000 million and portfolio revenues at Bt 22,600 million, derived from various businesses which are property development for sales and property development for rental and rendering services. Moreover, the Company has maintained solid financial position and credit rating from Tris Rating at BBB+.  The Company launched 17 new projects with value of Bt 29,500 million and there has been 81 projects available for sales with value of Bt 66,500 million, divided into landed projects at 90% and high rise projects at 10%. More than 70% of landed projects which are products with pricing more than Bt 10 million.

  • Nowadays, SC Asset operates fully integrated property development which are property development for sales, property development for rental and rendering services and property services
  • In 2018, the Company invested in rental apartments in the United States of America by subsidiary, SC Alpha.
  • In 2019, the Company set up subsidiary, SC Expedition Co., Ltd., to expand in recurring income businesses such as hotels, warehouses.
  • In 2024, the Company has rental spaces of warehouses approximately 200,000 sqm. and hotels with 545 rooms that some have been operated.
