Business Performance Summary

For the period ended 31 March 2025, the Group recorded sales and service revenue of THB 1,804 million which main source of revenue came from sales of real estate and profit attributed to parent of THB 201 million.

Key Milestones

In 2025, the company aims target to launch 10 new projects worth 22,000 million baht, with pre-sales targets of 19,500 million baht and revenue targets of 10,500 million baht, setting sustainable growth in this year in the 1st quarter of 8,320 MB or equivalent to 43% compared to the target.

Risk Management Policy

Company is a real estate developer for sale. In the past, the company mainly focused on developing projects in Bangkok and vicinity. To manage risks and increase potential growth. Therefore expanded into new locations such as the EEC zone, Chonburi and Phuket. This is a diverse market with high growth in the future.
