Business Plan

The growth of total sales will be driven by the growth of sales from existing stores and the growth of sales from newly opened stores. Therefore, continuously increasing the number of branches is a key part of the business plan.

In 2025, the company plans to open 3 new branches and has already opened 1 branch in the second quarter of 2025.

Every year, the company plans to open at least 3 new branches in Krabi, Phang Nga, Surat Thani, and nearby provinces in the south, with an investment budget of no more than 5 million baht per branch for land and building rental, and no more than 10 million baht for land rental and construction.
