3.Production Business (Production Services + Studio Rental) consists of Production Services and Studio Rental, which complement the Group's ecosystem, ensuring a complete value chain from upstream to downstream.

IDOL Marketing Business
The group has a roster of renowned Idol artists, including actors, singers, and performers, with over 300 talents.
These artists cater to diverse audience segments and have built a substantial fan base both domestically and
internationally. Popular artists in 1Q/2025 include “Sky-Nani”, “Win Metawin”, “Gemini-Fourth”, “Daou-Offroad”, “Bright Norraphat”, “Jimmy-Sea”, “Off-Gun”, “Lookmhee-Sonya”. The Concert & Event business organized a total of 66 events, including 12 domestic and 54 international events.
Production Business
The Company has produced numerous leading content pieces. However, we will focus more on creating our own original content, as it allows for greater opportunities to generate continuous revenue.
"Summary of Key Operating Results in 2024":
In Q1/2025, the Company recorded total revenue of THB 1,464.51mn, an increase of THB 68.18mn or 4.88% YoY. However, the Company reported a net loss of THB 22.42mn.
Revenue from the Content Marketing business totaled THB 780.77mn, a decrease of THB 118.90mn or 13.22% YoY, in line with the economic slowdown and the decline in the TV ads industry.
The Idol Marketing delivered outstanding growth, generating THB 657.80mn, an increase of THB 214.42mn or 48.36% YoY. The Company sees strong growth potential in this segment, which aligns with global trends. With popular content and strong fan support.
The Production Business generated revenue of THB 18.47mn, a decrease of THB 18.77mn or 50.41% YoY, in line with the Company’s strategic direction to focus more on producing its own content and expanding multi-channel monetization.
