In 2023-2024, The Title Legendary Bang-Tao was launched in Bang-Tao Beach, a residential condominium project with 637 units. The Title Heritage Bang-Tao project was closed in Bang Tao Beach with 789 units, The Title Serenity Naiyang near Naiyang Beach with 814 units, The Title Cielo Rawai with 171 units, The Modeva near Bang-Tao Beach with 859 units, and The Title Artrio Bang-Tao next to Porto de Phuket with 435 units.
In the quarter 1 of 2025, the Group launched The Katabello project at Kata Beach with 760 units and The Adora Rawai project at Rawai Beach with 210 units, which are residential condominium projects, and The Title Villa Estella Naiyang with 26 units, which is a luxury villa project. The total value of the projects under construction and for sale is 33,447 million baht, with 5,030 units.
The company has established The Esquire Co., Ltd. to operate a business providing Property Management services, covering a team of juristic persons to help manage within the project, tenant procurement and coordination services, laundry services, and in-room cleaning services to help take care of the property and quality of life of residents in The Title projects for more comfortable living.
