On 1 May 2025, the Company increased the service fees as follows:
- Cars 12,000 Baht
- 6-Wheel Trucks 14,000 Baht
- 10-Wheel Trucks 17,000 Baht
- Motorcycles under 250 cc 2,000 Baht
- Motorcycles under 500 cc 3,500 Baht
- Motorcycles 500 cc and above 5,000 Baht
In the 2Q/2025, the Company’s revenue from services was 258.53 MB decreased by 46.18 MB or 15.2% YoY. Revenue from auctions was 202.94 MB, decreased by 52.91 MB or 20.7% YoY, and decreased by 18.32 MB or 8.3% QoQ. This decline was primarily due to the impact of the “You Fight, We Help” program, which has led to a continued slowdown in the number of repossessed vehicles entering auction yards and the volume of ended vehicle auctions since the late 4Q/2024.
As a result of the increase in service fees, the Company’s revenue from auctions was close to the previous quarter, while a decline in the number of vehicles entering the auction yards and the number of ended vehicle auctions. In the 2Q/2025, revenue from transportation and other services were 55.59 MB increased by 6.73 MB or 13.8% YoY, and increased by 13.13 MB or 30.9% QoQ. The growth was attributed to revenue from organizing a spectrum auction event. Meanwhile, revenue from transportation and other vehicle auction-related services declined in line with the reduction in ended vehicle auctions volume.
For the 6M/2025, the Company’s total service revenue was 522.25 MB, decreased by 125.28 MB or 19.3% YoY. Revenue from auctions was 424.20 MB, decreased by 121.47 MB or 22.3% YoY. Revenue from transportation and other services were 98.05 MB , decreased by 3.81 MB or 3.7% YoY.

- The risk of natural disasters and accidents: to have insurance covering natural disasters and accidents. The employees are trained to prepare for the event of natural disasters.
- Risks from utilities system which may impact to the auction process: to arrange the business continuity plan to minimize risks and impacts from interruption of online auction system. Including regular practice BCP plans to reduce the risk of being affected by critical utility problems such as power outages, power surges, or internet failures.
- Risk from Properties Being Lost, Damaged and Stolen while under the Company’s Possession: to implement strict access controls, hiring out-sourced 24-hour security guards, and also purchased insurance which covered the Company’s properties.
- ESG Risk:
- Environmental: to control pollution emitted from transportation or vehicle condition inspection.
- Social: to establish the policy on fair treatment of employees, provision of medical check-up and safety in the workplace, design the transparent bidding process. There is a policy to protect the privacy rights of the customers and build good relationships with the local communities.
- Corporate governance: to stipulated the business ethics manual, the anti-corruption policy and the practices to prevent conflict of interest. The Company also has the strict internal control system which conform to the relevant standards or laws.
