In Q2'2025, the Group's total revenue was 230.72 million baht, with a six-month total of 388.58 million baht, primarily from the commencement of transfers of ownership of The Title Legendary Bang-Tao condominium units and revenue from property management services.
In 2013-2014, The Title Legendary Bang-Tao project was launched, with 637 units. The Title Heritage Bang-Tao project with 789 units; The Title Serenity Naiyang with 814 units; The Title CieloRawai with 171 units; The Modeva with 859 units; and The Title Artrio Bang-Tao with 435 units.
In Q1-2'2025, The Group launched The Katabello project at Kata Beach with 760 units ,The Adora Rawai project at Rawai Beach with 210 units, which are residential condominium projects, The Title Villa Estella Naiyang with 26 units, which is a luxury villa project. The total value of the projects under construction and for sale is 33,447 MB., with 5,030 units.
The Group has established a subsidiary to provide property management services, including a juristic person team to manage the project, tenant procurement and coordination services, laundry services,and in-room cleaning services to help maintain the property and quality of life of residents within The Title project. Furthermore, the Group has expanded its operations by opening a community mall, Mingle Mall NaiYang, and is preparing to open a beach club to become a new landmark in Phuket.
