Business Plan

The company is a developer of horizontal real estate in Mahasarakham Province and has Projects currently under development are as follows:

1. The Grand Canal Project, comprising townhomes.

2. Grand Biz Project, which consists of commercial buildings or home offices.

3. Phruek Phirom Salaklang Project, comprising detached houses, semi-detached houses, and

home offices.

4. UPark Home Project, comprising detached houses and semi-detached houses.

Currently, the company is developing land in the Mahasarakham University area, divided into

  • PTT Station (gas station, retail, rental space),
  • UPark Home (properties for sale),
  • UPark Resident (campus) project properties for rent,
  • UPark Market as a type of real estate mixed-use and for rent.

  • In 2010, D House Home Center Co., Ltd. (“DHC”) was established with The objective is to engage in residential real estate development business for sale of detached houses, semi-detached houses, townhomes, home offices, commercial buildings in the zone Mueang Maha Sarakham District
  • In 2011, D House Pattana Co., Ltd. (“DH”) was established with the objective to engage in residential real estate development business for sale, including detached houses, semi-detached houses, townhomes, and home offices in the Maha Sarakham University zone.
  • In 2018, a merger occurred between D House Home Center Co., Ltd. Co., Ltd. (“DHC”) and D House Pattana Co., Ltd. (“DH”), using the name D House Pattana Co., Ltd. (“DHOUSE”).
  • In 2020, D House Pattana Co., Ltd. was transformed into D House Co., Ltd. Pattana Public Company Limited (“DHOUSE”) and was listed on the MAI stock exchange, offering shares to the public for the first time (IPO).
  • In 2021, the Company established a subsidiary named D Group Holdings Co., Ltd., which engages in real estate development and retail businesses. The subsidiary later invested in D Energy and Retail Co., Ltd. (“DER”), which operates PTT Station petroleum service stations. In addition, the Group also operates retail stores within the service stations.
  • In 2023, the company invested in Asset Group Khon Kaen Co., Ltd. “AGKK”. Following the transaction, the company holds shares in AGKK in a 100.00% stake, making AGKK a subsidiary of the company. to prepare for business expansion into Khon Kaen Province.
  • In 2024, D Group Holdings Co., Ltd. (a subsidiary) changed its name. to D Power Holdings Co., Ltd. to invest in rental properties, operate energy businesses, and retail businesses.
