Business Performance Summary

For the nine months of 2025, the Group's total revenue was Baht 22,324.26 million, a 5.5% decrease from 2024. Although net profit dropped by 1.9% to Baht 504.32 million from Baht 514.00 million, the net profit margin slightly improved to 2.3% from 2.2%.

1.Total revenues were Baht 22,324.26 million, a decrease of Baht 1,289.00 million or 5.5% from the nine-month period of 2024, which comprised of the following details:

  • Revenue from sales and services was Baht 22,114.77 million, a decrease of Baht 1,253.13 million or 5.4% from the nine-month period of 2024, mainly due to lower revenue from existing branches, while branches in the ramp-up period continued to grow and revenue from newly opened branches increased.
  • Other incomes were Baht 209.49 million, a decrease of Baht 35.87 million or 14.6% from the nine-month period of 2024, mainly due to a decrease in subsidies from suppliers.

2.Gross profit reached Baht 3,924.58 million, resulting in a margin of 17.7%, an increase from 17.2% for the nine-month period of 2024, primarily driven by improved margins across all product categories.

Key Milestones
  • Regarding the promotion of product and service sales, the Company has continuously implemented sales promotion activities, both through branch channels and online, including organizing activities to stimulate customer spending and enhance market competitiveness. This is a key strategy to expand the offering of products and services to be more comprehensive and better meet customer needs.
  • In Q3/2025, The Company opened one new Dohome ToGo branch Prachauthit 90, bringing the total to 24 large branches and 17 Dohome ToGo branches.
Risk Management Policy

1. Competition and Economic Environment Risks: The company recognizes these risks and closely monitors the situation. It is focused on enhancing brand recognition for Dohome and Dohome ToGo, in line with its vision to be a one-stop center offering comprehensive, affordable, and high-quality building materials and home decoration products for all customer segments. The company provides a wide variety of products to meet customer needs, including the development of its own branded products (House Brand), as well as offering a full range of home services to ensure a complete, one-stop solution for customers.

2. Procurement/Supply Chain Risk: The company has established a team to oversee and control the sourcing and purchasing of products. This team regularly seeks and selects new manufacturers and distributors both domestically and internationally to reduce the risk of relying on a small number of suppliers and to build long-term negotiating power. Additionally, the company continuously evaluates the standards and capabilities of manufacturers to ensure the procurement of high-quality and sustainable products.

3. Risk related to sourcing investment funds and land for branch expansion: The company prepares an investment budget for the expansion of new branches to ensure it can secure funding from appropriate and sufficient sources. Additionally, the company closely monitors the utilization of investment funds to ensure expenditures are in line with the established budget, allowing operations to proceed according to the business plan
