In Q3'2025 the Group's total revenue was 1,268.30 million baht, profit for this quarter 305.29 million baht, primarily from the commencement of transfers of ownership of The Title Legendary Bang-Tao units and revenue from property management services.
In 2013-2014, The Title Legendary Bang-Tao project was launched, with 637 units. The Title Heritage Bang-Tao project with 789 units; The Title Serenity Naiyang with 814 units; The Title CieloRawai with 171 units; The Modeva with 859 units; and The Title Artrio Bang-Tao with 435 units.
In Q1-3'2025, the group launched The Katabello project at Kata Beach with 760 units; The Adora Rawai project at Rawai Beach with 210 units; TheTitleVivi Bangtao project with 181 units, a residential condominium project; and Luxury Villa projects including The Title Villa Estella Naiyang with 26 units and The Title Villa Kirara Cherngtalay with 37 units. The total value of all projects under construction and for sale is 35,222 million baht, with 5,248 units.
The Group has established a subsidiary to provide property management services, including a juristic person team to manage the project, tenant procurement and coordination services, laundry services,and in-room cleaning services to help maintain the property and quality of life of residents within The Title project. Furthermore, the Group has expanded its operations by opening a community mall, Mingle Mall NaiYang, and is preparing to open a beach club to become a new landmark in Phuket.
Due to the company's business plan focusing on the development of condominium-type real estate with the target group being foreigners, the company has set a policy for customers to pay the contract and down payment to the company 75% before transferring ownership to avoid the impact of the customer's failure. can transfer according to the contract
