Consolidated Financial Performance Report for the year 2025 as follows:

Total Revenue: The Company reported total revenue of Baht 1,022,143 million, an increase of 3.5 percent YoY. This was primarily due to revenue growth across almost all business segments. Furthermore, the O2O strategy of each business unit continued to be an additional factor supporting to revenue growth.

Gross Profit: The Company's gross profit from sales and services increased by 3.3 percent YoY, resulting in the gross profit margin increasing to 22.7 percent from 22.6 percent YoY.

Net Profit: The Company reported a net profit of Baht 28,206 million, an increase of 11.3 percent YoY.

Key Milestones

Expansion of 7-Eleven Stores

  • In 2025, the Company opened a total of 700 new stores in Thailand as per the set target, bringing the total number of stores to 15,945 by the end of 2025.
  • Furthermore, the Company expanded its stores into neighboring countries, including Cambodia and Lao PDR. By 2025, the Company had a total of 138 international stores, comprising 112 in Cambodia and 26 in Lao PDR.

O2O Development

  • In addition, the Company offers O2O services through 7Delivery and All online to meet diverse customer needs across various channels. The Company has received excellent feedback from customers, resulting in O2O sales growing in parallel with in-store sales and maintaining a proportion of 11 percent of total sales in the year 2025.
Risk Management Policy

The Company has appointed a Risk Management Committee to oversee the organization's risk policies and management. It considers key risks across four dimensions: Business, Emerging, Sustainability, and Black Swan Risk. Risk management is integrated with the organization's strategies and business operations throughout the entire organization. The All Risk Intelligence (ARI) system and Risk Score are utilized for systematic monitoring and evaluation. Furthermore, in 2024, the Company achieved an excellent risk management assessment score of over 94 percent, reflecting effective risk management and supporting the organization's sustainable growth.
