The company is a developer of horizontal real estate in Mahasarakham Province and includes

Projects currently under development are as follows:

1. The Grand Canal Project comprises townhomes.

2. The Phrukaphirom Salaklang Project comprises single-detached houses, semi-detached houses, and

home offices.

3. The UPark home project comprises single-detached houses and semi-detached houses.

Currently, the company is developing land in the Mahasarakham University area, divided into PTT Station (a gas station), retail, rental spaces, UPark home (properties for sale), and the UPark Resident (campus) project rental properties, UPark Market is a

mixed-use and rental property.

  • In 2024, D Group Holdings Company Limited (a subsidiary)

changed its name to D Power Holdings Company Limited to invest in rental properties, operate energy businesses, and retail businesses.

  • 2025 - On February 18, 2025, the entire debenture was

redeemed on its maturity date, "Secured Debentures of Dhouse Pattana Public Company Limited No. 1/2022 Due 2025," with an outstanding balance of 120.00 million Baht before redemption.

- On November 9, 2025, the company redeemed the entire debenture on the day of the maturity date of the debentures, "Secured Debentures of Dhouse Pattana Public Company Limited No. 1/2023 Due 2025," with an outstanding balance of 56.10 million Baht before redemption.
