Performance and Analysis
Business Performance Summary

In 1H26, the Company recorded service revenue of THB 348 million (+3% YoY), the highest first-half revenue in its history. Growth was driven by Mechanical and Maintenance services and continued demand in the Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) market. Revenue recognition from certain Advanced In-Line Inspection (ILI) projects was affected by project scheduling. During the period, the Company successfully deployed new advanced ILI technologies and expects a stronger ILI contribution in the remaining quarters of 2026 as projects progress.

Cost of services decreased 5% YoY to THB 278 million on a more favorable project mix and pricing discipline, lifting the gross profit margin to 20% from 13%. Selling and administrative expenses (SG&A) were THB 104 million (+2% YoY), as savings from the prior year's restructuring were partly offset by business expansion across the Group.

As a result, net loss narrowed to THB 37 million from THB 67 million in 1H25, a 44% decrease. For 2Q26, net loss was THB 2 million, compared with THB 31 million in 2Q25.
